I would like to give her a very very poor rating but that is not here. She will not pay attention to anything. Shes extremely busy and doesnt have the time to schedule appointment and when she schedules she wont show up on time. Her appraisal report is a piece of garbage. Stay away and run from her. She will ruin your day and your home loan process. You will end up re processing everything.

If you see this person assigned to your appraisal.  Cancel and order thru another company.  In the middle of the purchase season (Late July), in an affluent neighborhood in the Novi/Northville border used a Short Sale and a sale from the week before Christmas as her first 2 comps.  She listed 2 pending comps that were much higher value on her report that were similar to the subject.  The lender ordered a new appraisal as the 2 pending comps closed a week after the appraisal was finished.  This appraiser redid the appraisal, took out the 2 new sales that were in her original appraisal and called it the same value.  Run, Run, Run as far from her as possible.
