Sherrie wood is a black woman that will degrade your house value if you white seller.
The house had new floors, new kitchen with marble counter top,
new bathroom,new fixture led lights 2 60" ceiling fan change all outlets and switches repair and paint walls and ceiling,
new doors and locks ,new roof.
after you do all that she gave the house C4 that mean poor condition.
When I call her she refuse to tell me why she grade the house C4.
