This guy acts nice at first, asks for info from you then undervalues your house severely! By 10’s of thousands. Then tries to ghost you after he turns the appraisal into your bank. If they assign him to your account ASK FOR A NEW APPRAISER to be assigned that is your right! He is definitely racist. In my case he put my completely remodeled home (electric, plumbing, roof, floor, cabinets, bathroom, paint…ALL new) at less of a value than it cost for me to buy the home and rehab it. Mind you the renters are paying higher rent for this home than others on the same block and they absolutely love it. Its completely updated and modern. Other homes (admittedly not the same comp as mine) in this area and block are 5 car garage brick, well maintained, quiet neighbors, etc. So this is not a run down area. Plus its close to all the major commercial companies so its highly sought after by renters who work there. He is wide open for appointments because he has no work. I learned why the hard way…
