The appraisal of my property was done so terribly that it was valued at less than half the value. The appraiser, Stephen sherrard did not properly assess the duplex to comparable duplexes and instead compared it to only 1 half of the duplexes that sold around the neighborhood. He failed to adequately assess the improvements made on my proper, not to mention multiple other properties in the area. I would not be surprised if this guy goes out of business very soon. Definitely will be suing for every bit of money lost on this waste of time.
