It is obvious that this gentleman has years of experience and knowledge of the local area. He specializes in equestrian properties and has a wonderful reputation. Also, a genuine nice guy.

If this guy calls you to set up an appraisal inspection appointment, hang up, call your lender and request a different appraiser!
