He supposed to have over 20 years’ experience, very rude on the phone when making appointment. He did not have good knowledge about the area, used the completely wrong comparable, one was from a year ago, and another one he used was not even in the area. If you read his appraisal report, very minimum comments were put in to justify, He obviously did not care. If you get a call from him, please request for another appraiser.
