She came to my house to do an appraisal, it took her about 5 minutes only. I got the appraisal report, square footage was wrong, room counts was wrong, number of fireplaces was wrong. And she compared our house to smaller sq. ft. and not so good neighborhood. So the apparised value of our house was too low. I did a refinance a year ago and that one was appraised $60,000 more than the appraised value now, value of my surrounding houses are higher now. SHE DID NOT PERFORMED A DILIGENT AND PROFESSIONAL WAY. NOT A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY. BE VERY CAREFUL NEXT TIME YOU DO A PURCHASE OR A REFI. YOU SHOULD INVESTIGATE OR KNOW THE APPARAISAL COMPANY WHO WILL DO YOUR REPORT. I LEARNED MY LESSON IN AN EXPENSIVE WAY!!!
