Very poor communication, rude, and doesn't do his homework on comparable properties. We found 10 comparable properties on our own and with the help of our realtor that sold within one mile of our house in the past year that were anywhere from $70,000 to 90,000 above the appraisal we received. Selling a house is stressful enough but for an appraisal to come in $80,000 less than what the buyer offered us, well that is just unexceptable. Todd Rapp needs a new career and should be fired.
