I gave him one star because their was no option for none. This man is the most unprofessional appraiser I have ever come into contact with. It has been two and a half months since he appraised four pieces of property for my mothers attorney and we still do not have them. He will not return her calls, he tells the attorney he will have them by Wed of every week and then nothing. Stay clear of this person as he will leave you hanging.
