Although Trevor is a nice person, his appraisal skills are far below average. I used his services twice and both appraisals were far below market value. His compared properties were not in line with my property, comparing my 3 year old home to other home 16 years old. I showed my appraisal report to several prominent real estate agents and property developers and they agree with my assessment. Trevor will not be used in the future by me or any I have shown my appraisal report to.
