Wells Fargo connected with me with this gentlemen for an appraisal of my home in Hudson, WI. He was slightly rude and stayed in my home for a total of 10 minutes. The appraisal that was generated was terrible. The comparables he used had not even sold. It was very clear that he didn't spend anytime on researching the market. My realtor was nice enough to build a case against his low evaluation and he was unwilling to even look at it.
If you get assigned to this guy- do yourself a favor and ask for someone else before he screws you over with his lack of research and professionalism.
