This Appraiser is the WORST Appraiser in her profession! She took a month and a half to do our appraisal and then came back with a low ball number. Did not do her job to find Comps of our home or land so we lost our dream home to retire in to be near our children.
Please take my advise use someone else if you wish to have someone that knows what they are doing!!!
