Rude and doesn’t know what his job entails. Thinks he is an inspector. Said cause of ladders up in a room that the house wasn’t complete. Then he bills my lender before he finishes his report? DO NOT USE! He boasted his resume to me and said the bank may not approve cause a some door knobs and ladders are up. No idea what he is doing. No thanks buddy!
