Never ever use this guy. We ordered an appraisal from him, he accepted it and inspected it on 7/31. The due date on it was 8/3. He asked for an extension until 8/4. That is the last we heard from him. Hasn't returned numerous calls or given us any update. The client is obviously very upset as is the bank and the broker. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
