Mr. Navarre provided professional services. He was our second appraiser we used in a tax appeal hearing. During our first hearing, the first appraiser had much less knowledge and, compared to Mr. Navarre's report, was lacking in depth and explanations. We had success with Mr. Navarre's report and were impressed with his ability to convey his opinions during our second hearing.
