Appraiser does not return calls and lacks any professionalism. Appraisal report missing several significant items (FACTUAL Items) that impact the valuation in his report. Appraiser does not respond or re-evaluate his work.
He is a sole proprietor. If you get him by luck of the draw from your bank - ask for a new one before he does the appraisal, or you will likely regret it in the final appraisal price.

This guy is the worst! Appraised a home at $6K less than it was appraised at 6 months prior BECAUSE he FORGOT 1/2 a bath & a large adjacent lot with the home. DO NOT use this incompetent so-called appraiser unless you want to lose money!
