Ben, is a ego driven appraiser who has no clue... He informed me the best compareable property is a pending property, per his appraisal report. That happened to fall through, is that a fair assessment of value for someones home?? Then Ben Knipe, entered my clients home at 9:05pm, without setting up an appointment or getting any form of confirmation. When I questions the integrity of his appraisal, in regards to his pending property... I would told he'd kick my a**! Very professional right? He should not be allow to determine value for something so important to the homeowners well being.
