My lender chose Mr. Cole as my appraiser and the experience was shaky from the start. He spent less than 10 mins in the home and was short tempered and rude through the entire experience. He didn’t ask anything about the house and left after taking a few pictures. I called him later to discuss the errors in the report and he outright refused to be anything but rude.
