If you are divorcing DO NOT call this appraiser because if Bruce knows your estranged husband he will gladly write a fraudulent appraisal.  My estranged husband knew Bruce.  He appraised a completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath, new family room construction with 80’ lakefront property with adjoining 2 buildable vacant lake lots in 2 Livingston county for $179,000.  A week before Bruce’s appraisal a lakefront property with equal square footage and no extra vacant lake lots sold for 529,000.00.  This man is fraudulent and should have had his license rescinded for writing fraudulent appraisals.  I’m guessing he can be bought as well. Pathological liar and not to be trusted.
