I worked for a financial institution and I ordered all appraisals for the company. It didn't take long for me to learn who was a good and honest appraiser and who wasn't. Curt has such integrity. He looked out for the customer and the financial institution respectively. Curt is very well respected by both his customers and the financial institutions. Curt was one of my top appraisers. I have since switched careers but have continued to give his name out to friends and family who have needed an appraiser. It is important, especially in todays market to have an honest appraisal.
