He made blatant ERRORS on our appraisal that a competent appraiser would not have made. He left out the shed in the backyard. Stated unsubstantiated comments with the intent to undervalue our property. His errors caused us a lot of GRIEF and PROBLEMS and were unwilling to make amends after bringing his errors to his attention. I will never hire him if I have my own choice of an appraiser.
