Doug did a terrible job appraising the property. He was at my property for less than 25 minutes and there were discrepancies within the report. He seemed very rushed and didn't do a thorough job. I've had other appraisals done and the other Appraisers were thorough, spent the time at the property(more than 25 minutes) well detailed and professional. I would give less than 1 star if I was able to.
