This guy is so unprofessional.
The appraisal has been done improperly undervaluing the property. Ample of evidence was supplied to the appraiser for revaluation. This is a clear discriminatory report.The first Appraisal was done in March 2021for $2,165,000 for Union Bank. The 2nd was the subject one at $2,030,000 in April. The third one was also done by your company at $2,200,000. I had the reports evaluated by a licensed appraisal and he wrote a letter confirming the incorrect report by DOUGLAS M. GYLFE, License # AR018120.
All the documents are available upon request.
I would like to reach out and ask you for a fourth appraisal by your company or resolution to the situation. This guy is clearly biased and is not acting professionally.
