He was running over 2 hours late for appointment and did not have the courtesy to call.  this was for an investment property and I drove over an hour to get there.  About 15 minutes into our scheduled meeting, I called him and was surprised to find he was fairly unaware of his schedule for the day.  Meeting was between 3 and 4 and he stated he could be there between 5:30 and 6:00.  

He then proceeded to lie on an email response stating he could meet at 4:15, this time was never mentioned.

Being in the service industry I find this to be shady practice

* this reviewer had 1 - 2 dentists before.
