Anthony B Santos completed my appraisal for a fourplex I purchased. It was the worst appraisal i've ever received. The amount of basic info that was incorrect was completely unacceptable. At a basic level, he called the home a 2 unit home as if he's never completed a home visitation... and the list of errors goes on and on.
Also his communication was abysmal. He promised to have the appraisal done twice, and then ghosted us and the company he worked for on the following days. We received emails coming from the Appraisal company exclaiming they couldn't get ahold of him for days on end. Our deal almost did not go through because of his incredible lack of care and incompetence. Avoid at all costs!!!!
