Kristen performed two property appraisals for the purposes of a trust. She was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to be around.

Tried numerous appraisers but found this one to be most professional and able to answer all my questions in a proficient  and professional manner. Went above and beyond what I felt was required to accomplish what was needed to complete the transaction!
