Mr. Cahn has a reputation as the “deal killer”. He abuses his power to insert himself into deals and always finds a reason for a secondary inspection that costs the homeowner more.
Takes advantage of the military community in SoMD to screw over VA loan deals.
Terrible assessments that are out of step with the market. Avoid him at all costs!
