The bank hired this man to do an appraisal and its clear from his write up that he does not understand DC real estate. He was purposely looking for ways to devalue the property. What is his endgame? He had no idea how to value comparables nor knew the neighborhoods. He also does not understand how to calculate square footage all of which through our loan into jeopardy. He needs additional training.

Tommie Reeves inspected our home but never delivered the appraisal. We left several messages inquiring about the status but he never returned our calls or texts. We had a friend call his cell, when he answered he pretended it wasn't him answering. He kept saying whats the message and I'll call you back and of course didn't. He seemed like a kind and professional person but we were completely wrong. Now our refi is in jeopardy because the bank selected this unprofessional and insensitivity person.
