I knew we were in trouble with her unprofessional appearance and personal conversation.  We desperately needed to refinance to buy down the house so we can retire in 4 years.  She used a very bad short sale that had a bad agent on it that wouldn't work with anyone so the house sat there for six months and finally the bank was desperate and gave it away 50,000 below market.  There were lots of other "normal" comps she could have used and not dropped our value so low.  We can't refinance now so we can't retire in four years because we will be stuck with this house.  I have read other reviews that she comes in exceedingly low.  Why hurt so many people Nicole?  You are ruining lives.  You are taking business away from the bank who wanted our business and you just hurt us beyond repair. We tried to get a review from her company and they refused to use the other reasonable comps so her whole company is awful.
