This appraiser is extremely inadequate. I would strongly suggest you ask this appraiser to get back into his car and leave if he shows up to your door. Not only did he ask the same question a million times, but he thinks if you have a full bathroom in a finished basement it should not count towards a homes equity. His appraisal was unfair and his comps were not equivalent to our new addition and refinished home. His report was done quickly, and by reading it, it showed me that he was lazy and didn't put any effort into comparing my house to those of equal quality.
