Susan Meadows appraised my home downtown Indianapolis. She provided an appraisal full of errors and mistakes. She went through the trouble to measure my home for show, however, she did not actually calculate the square footage from these measurements. She missed nearly 500 square feet. The comps she used were condos miles from core downtown. I live in the heart of downtown and I live in a house, not a condo. In addition, the comps were half the size of my home. This woman is an embarrassment to the business. If she is chosen to appraise your home, do NOT let her in your house. I spent hours of work to prepare for the appraisal, and it cost me 400 dollars. Her report was so incorrect that the bank was unable to use it. I lost my money, and my refinancing was not completed. I am so disgusted with this woman
