This appraiser does not believe that upgrades to bathroom, kitchen, lighting, floors, or bedroom convey any value to your house. If a property hasn't been upgraded in 15 years or only has minimal upgrades, it has the same value as a home that has been completed upgraded. Higher quality fixtures, appliances, and other materials have no difference in value of builders grade materials. Any attempt to contest the appraisal is met with open hostility.
