I would not recommend using Todd as an appraiser. The original report had a number of errors, and in order to fix it he asked us to pay another appraisal fee. Communication was also difficult as his actions did not agree with what he would say he would do. Also his appraisal numbers were way off when compared to 2 other independent appraisals.
