Vincent Wimbish is one of the problems with our recovering housing market. His opinion is on the lowest possible outcome in regards to all aspects and outlines of an appraisal. Thus trying to keep home values as low as they possibly can and causing homeowner to lose out on the rising housing market. He is an absolute outrage and I would be very nervous if he was set to appraise your home.
