Appraiser: Overcharged and poorly done appraisal

During my recent ReFi, the lender selected this Dan W. Mori to appraise my house. He low-balled the value of my house by using the lowest comparables in the area without inspecting the $100k of renovations inside the house. His comparisons were also based upon homes that were not good comparisons. Only 1 was a fair comparison of the 3.
The other 2 homes used for comparison were much smaller square footage, smaller lots, etc.
I proved this by providing 5 better comparisons to my lender within an 1 hour which were more recent, closer to my neighborhood, and similar to my home. All were value at > $100-150k more than what Mr. Mori appraised my house for the lender.
He also charged ~$600 for this appraisal where he only drove by the house.
